Earlier this year Ford shocked the industry when it announced plans to kill off its entire car lineup, with the exception of the Mustang. While we’re sad to see some of Ford’s cars go bye bye, next year Ford plans to introduce an onslaught of new vehicles.

Mike Levine, Ford North America Product Communications Manager, has confirmed that Ford will not only introduce a new Explorer and Mustang GT500 in 2019, but also the next-generation Escape, Transit, and F-Series Super Duty.
Ford hasn’t released any details about the 2020 Escape, F-Series Super Duty or the Transit. We do know that the 2020 Ford Explorer will debut on January 9 at a special event in Detroit. The 2020 Mustang GT500 will debut a few days later at the Detroit Auto Show on January 14.
