We know that Honda is working on an all-new Pilot, which will likely arrive for the 2023 model year. In the meantime, the 2022 Pilot has already arrived at dealerships and starts at $40,285, including destination. That starting price may seem a bit high, but that’s because Honda has dropped the entry level LX and EX trim levels.
Honda does say that it will introduce a new entry level trim level this fall, so if you wait until then you’ll be able to get a less expensive version. For now the base trim level is the EX-L.
The 2022 Pilot carries over into the new model year without any big changes, but there is Sonic Gray Pearl has been added to the exterior color options. The 2022 Pilot also comes standard with an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and LED headlights.
