Chevrolet has announced the updates to the 2021 Corvette Stingray and the good news is that even with the new additions, the pricing remains the same with the C8 coupe starting at $59,995 and the C8 convertible starting at $67,495.

The big news is that the 2021 Chevy Corvette can now be equipped with GM’s Magnetic Ride Control system without having to get the Z51 package. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have also been added and there’s a new track digital tachometer.

There are also two new colors: Red Mist Metallic Tintcoat and Silver Flare Metallic. Inside there’s a new Sky Cool Gray/ Yellow Strike color combination. Lastly buyers can choose to add full length dual racing stripes in blue, orange, red or yellow. Stinger stripes are also availalble in three colors: Carbon Flash/Edge Red, Carbon Flash/Edge Yellow and Carbon Flash/Midnight Silver.

The C8 Corvette is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 that generates 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque, but if you opt for the Z51 package those specs are raised slightly to 495 hp and 470 lb-ft. The V8 is mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
