Fiat has unveiled the next version of the 2024 Fiat 500e, following the debut of the 500e RED. The new version is the 500e Inspired by Los Angeles, which is supposedly inspired by the coastal marine layer that covers Los Angeles from May through June.
The 500e Inspired by Los Angeles is painted in Marine Layer Mist, which is named after the Southern California coastal marine layer that results from air masses of different temperatures and densities interacting. What’s weird is that, as an Angeleno I wouldn’t say the coastal marine layer is a positive thing and instead we all want it to burn off as fast as possible each day.
It also features matte gray mirror caps, beige eco-leather seats and a JBL seven-speaker audio system with a subwoofer. The exterior also stands out with its unique 17-inch alloy wheels.
The 500e has a driving range of 149 miles and can be fully recharged in six hours using a Level 2 charger. The 500e Inspired By Los Angeles model will arrive in the third quarter of 2024.
