The all-new MINI Countryman Electric has made its US debut at Climate Week NYC after first appearing at IAA Mobility in Munich earlier this month.

The all-new MINI Countryman Electric was presented at a special panel hosted by URBAN-X, an urban technology startup platform founded by MINI. New images released by MINI appear to showcase the non-S version of the all-new Countryman Electric in a fetching green color.
MINI has previously announced their intention to become a fully electrified brand by 2030. This new electric Countryman will play a large role in their pursuit of that goal as more and more buyers choose SUVs and crossovers.
“The all-new MINI Countryman Electric is a significant step as MINI moves to becoming a more sustainable and fully electrified brand by 2030.” said Mike Peyton, President of MINI Business Innovations LLC, and Vice President of MINI of the Americas. “Sustainability is also a key mission of URBAN-X, our startup accelerator focused on climate tech innovations that help make city life better. That’s why it’s a perfect fit to showcase our next new electric MINI at URBAN-X on the occasion of Climate Week NYC.”

MINI did not release any interior photos, though we expect the interior to closely match what was already shown in Munich, possibly with minor alterations to better suit American tastes.
The all-new MINI Countryman is expected to arrive in the US in the fall of 2024.
