Mazda has announced the updates to the 2024 Mazda 3, which is available in hatchback and sedan versions. There aren’t any styling or powertrain improvements for the new model year, but there are some tech upgrades and packaging changes.
The base Mazda 3 S, which is only available as a sedan and starts at $25,335. For the 2024 model year it gets new safety tech like, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and rear door alert.
Next up is a new trim level called Select Sport, which is available as either the hatchback or sedan. The Select Sport version adds keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear armrest with cup holders, and door mirror turn signals, black leatherette seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, 18-inch black alloy wheels, and black heated mirrors.
The Carbon Turbo is another new trim level, which comes exclusively in Zircon Sand Metallic with 18-inch black metallic finish wheels and gloss black door mirrors. Inside there’s a black and tan color scheme and just like the rest of the Mazda 3 Turbo models, it gets a larger 10.25-inch infotainment display.
The 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback will arrive this summer and the sedan will arrive in the fall.
