We’ve been waiting to see the 2023 Honda CR-V, but luckily we’ve seen some leaked patent images that preview the design of the sixth-generation CR-V. Now we have an even better look at the new CR-V thanks to images posted by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The images were discovered by Motor1, which shows that the design matches the leaked patent photos that we saw back in February. Just like the new Civic and HR-V, the next-generation CR-V features a more conservative, upscale look. According to the same report, the 2023 CR-V will measure 185.1-inches long, 73.4-inches wide and 66.5-inches tall. It looks like at least in China a seven-passenger version will be available.
Under the hood the 2023 CR-V will be powered by the same turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine as the current version. A hybrid version will also be offered.
