Subaru has announced the updates to the 2021 Subaru Forester. The Forester isn’t getting any big updates for the new model year other than standard steering responsive headlights with high beam assist and a rear seatbelt reminder.
The 2021 Subaru Forester is offered in five trim levels: Base, Premium, Sport, Limited and Touring.
All the trim levels are powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer engine that’s mated to a CVT and Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. The engine generates 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque.
The 2021 Subaru Forester starts at $25,845 for the base, which comes standard with a 6.5-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth. It also comes standard with the EyeSight driver assist tech, which includes adaptive cruise control, pre-collision braking, pre-collision throttle management, lane departure and away warning, and lead vehicle start alert.
The 2021 Forester Premium starts at $28,845, including the destination fees, while the Forester Sport starts at $30,445, the Forester Limited is priced at $32,445 and the top Forester Touring starts at $35,945.
